Lina from New York and Hassan from Pakistan grew up halfway across the world each crafting his/her own story.

A Twist of Fate

One day, their paths crossed in Connecticut. It wasn’t a grand ball or a magical forest, but a simple meeting at a rooftop taco place with a Hawaiian tiki theme. From that first moment, it was clear: Hassan likes wearing whimsical t-shirts and Lina was judging.

A Place to Call Home

Like all great fairy tales, this one had its setting—a special place where their love story developed. Waveny Park is where they took countless walks with their energized and special companion, Archie. And just like that, Connecticut transformed from a meeting point into a place they called home.

Why Waveny House?

On a typical morning on a typical walk, Archie came across a fountain at Waveny House. Lina looked up and saw the castle-like charm of Waveny House and said why not get married here.

But what truly made it special, as fate would have it, Waveny House was the home to Christopher Lloyd, Dr. Emmett Brown, the scientist from Back to the Future, Hassan's favorite movie as a child.

Now, as they prepare to celebrate their wedding day, Lina and Hassan are inviting their favorite characters—you. The rest is still yet to be written.
