Can I bring a guest?
While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has strict fire code requirements, including the maximum number of guests we are able to host. When we invite you, we will indicate the total number of guests that are invited. Please note that this is an adult only event.
Are children invited to the wedding?
We love your little ones, but our wedding is an adults-only event. The venue management does not allow children under the age of 16. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
The easiest way is by car or taxi. Please note that there is a wait time for taxis around the area and can take up to 15 minutes. If you are in need of assistance with planning your transportation please contact us at linalee316@gmail.com or hassanminhas@gmail.com.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes, there is free parking located in the large parking lot in front of Waveny House.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the Cocktail Hour begins to allow time for parking and seating. Cocktail Hour will begin promptly at 5:00pm.
Where is the wedding taking place?
The ceremony and reception will be held at Waveny House, located at 677 South Avenue, New Canaan, CT 06840.
Is there a dress code?
Black tie attire. Please dress comfortably for an outdoor ceremony and dinner. For the ladies, we strongly encourage you to bring heel blocks for your stilettos as our ceremony will be on grass.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available?
Yes, we will have a variety of options available to accommodate different dietary needs. Please indicate your preference on the RSVP form.
Is there an open bar?
Yes, we will have an open bar throughout the event.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and dinner will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors. Please dress accordingly.
We do not have a formal registry. Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to contribute in another way, a gift to our future fund would be wonderful. We appreciate your love and support as we start this new chapter.
